A massive thank you to all who have given us feedback & bought some of our straps in this our launch week of the new site. As expected there has been no lag time despite heavy traffic this week & many of you have commented on how easy and simple the site is to use. Logistically we've been fulfilling orders in record times, some customers have received their orders the following day after ordering at 5pm.
It's a bit of an obsession of mine but really love fast turn around time on orders, we're not quite (yet) at Amazons' standard of receiving your order within the hour but for a humble little watch strap store a next day delivery for the price of a £1 stamp is not too bad.
Our new designs have been received well and we're already thinking up some new designs & we'd love your input.
